1. Data controller

Shadowscan ("we", "the store"), located at Carrer del Cresques 7, 08030 Barcelona, Spain, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide us through shadowscan.net. You can contact us at soporte@shadowscan.net or at +34 640 90 38 23 (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm).

2. What data we collect

  • Identification and contact: first and last name, shipping and billing address, email, phone.
  • Purchase data: products purchased, order history, order value.
  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment gateway; we do not store your full card number on our servers.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device, browser, pages visited, traffic source, via cookies and similar technologies.

3. What we use your data for

  • Managing and processing your orders, including shipping and billing.
  • Handling your inquiries and providing after-sales support.
  • Sending you marketing communications, only if you've given us your express consent.
  • Showing you personalized advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, when you accept the relevant cookies.
  • Improving our website and preventing fraud.

4. Legal basis

We process your data for the performance of the sales contract (to manage your order), your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and our legitimate interest (security and service improvement).

5. How long we keep your data

For as long as you maintain a business relationship with us, and afterward, for the legally required periods (tax and accounting obligations, up to 6 years in Spain). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.

6. Who we share your data with

  • Shopify Inc., our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders.
  • Logistics providers and carriers, to deliver your order.
  • Payment gateways, to process payment securely.
  • Meta Platforms Inc. and TikTok, if you accept advertising cookies, to measure and personalize ads.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for purposes other than those described here.

7. International transfers

Some providers (Shopify, Meta, TikTok) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Union's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability at any time by writing to soporte@shadowscan.net. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe we haven't handled your data correctly.

9. Cookies

We use our own and third-party cookies for the store to function, for traffic analysis, and for personalized advertising. You can manage your preferences from the cookie notice when you enter the site, or from your browser.

10. Minors

Our products are intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental or guardian consent.
